from an exhibition entitled Postmemory (2025). This work is devoted to telling the stories of my family's Jewish experience. This series includes a suite of paintings with accompanying audio of my parents telling the stories that inspired each work. Viewers can scan a QR code next to each painting and listen to the stories while viewing each artwork. The original show also included a large-scale sculptural work in which imagery from the painting, The Longing, is recreated three-dimensionally to allow viewers to interact more intimately with the work.
Lastly, the exhibition included family portraits of my parents and grandparents whose stories were depicted in the paintings.
